How does Coaching work?

Coaching sessions usually take place one-on-one between coach and client, but can also be done as a couple or in a group setting. Coaching sessions take place over the phone and the frequency and duration of the sessions depend on your situation and needs. Typically coaching will work with you for two to four 30 minute sessions per month depending on the circumstances. Some clients require a bi-weekly coaching session plan while some require a stronger support system set in place of four sessions per month. I offer weekly and bi-weekly plans or the option to join the Coaching Gym which is open three weeks out of the month for unlimited coaching hours.
On your first session I will get a very clear understanding of your current situation, what your needs are, why you want to be coached and what your short term and long term goals are. Together we will determine which goals you want to work towards, and what needs to happen to achieve these goals. We will start moving towards your goals immediately.
